All designs, drawings, plans, and other work products created by Mobodo Architects remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, clients receive usage rights as specified in the contract.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally, we require:
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including client feedback delays, regulatory approvals, and unforeseen circumstances.
Mobodo Architects' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
